Role Description-

Job- Location Hapur- UP

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

- Record daily purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.




- Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile book stock with physical stock.
- Track material receipts, issues, transfers, dispatches, and stock ageing

3. GST & TDS Compliance

- Prepare returns, including GSTR-1, 2B and GSTR-3B.
- Ensure timely preparation of TDS working and related reconciliations.

4. MS Excel

- Maintain good working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF.

5. Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain organized accounting documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and consultants for timely information and compliance.
