Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Assistant role based in Haveli.

The Account

Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, updating financial records, and assisting with the preparation of invoices and payment vouchers. The role involves monitoring petty cash, supporting credit control activities, reconciling accounts, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related queries.

Assistant will also help in preparing basic financial reports,



organizing documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess accounting skills, including basic bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Candidates should possess finance-related skills, such as understanding financial transactions and supporting credit control processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in petty cash management and accurate handling of day-to-day cash expenses.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance are preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or accounting systems will be beneficial.
