Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Applications to join our Financial Systems Support -CAT IT Division.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore - Caterpillar PSN

Job Summary:

Assists in developing, testing and implementing application systems. A highly skilled candidate will have extensive experience in Canvas PowerApps, SharePoint, Dataverse, PowerBI, and Power Automate. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of the Azure platform and demonstrate flexibility in learning and adapting to new technologies.

What you will do

- Develop and maintain applications using Canvas PowerApps, SharePoint, Dataverse, PowerBI,



and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into the development process such as Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure etc.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
- Explores and evaluates application design considerations for multiple technologies
- Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for multiple projects.
- Participate in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.

What you will have

- Bachelor s in computer science engineering or Equivalent education
- Candidate should have at least 6 - 8 years of experience in IT applications development / support.
- Proficiency in Canvas PowerApps, SharePoint, Dataverse, PowerBI, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of the Azure platform .Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in project management.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, Azure).

Helps create contingency plans to mitigate impact of disruption on core applications.

Recommends enhancements for a major application system or related subsystems.
