• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and IT systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Design, integrate, and support end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate processes, workflows, and operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams to drive successful project execution and meet customer requirements.
• Assess risks proactively, maintain infrastructure documentation, and ensure operational continuity through best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously expand expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and emerging technologies while pursuing skilled certifications and career advancement opportunities. Required skills and experience •Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) •Enterprise IT application experience •Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain •In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System Preferred skills and experience •Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures •Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models •Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems •Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
