Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-Commerce Seller Support Chat Process in Pune.

The role involves supporting international sellers through chat, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 6–12 months of experience in International Voice & Chat Process
- Seller Support experience is mandatory
- Seller Support experience from any industry/domain can be considered
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international seller queries through chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Assist sellers with account, order, product, or process-related concerns
- Maintain skilled written communication
- Follow process and quality guidelines
