Roles and Responsibilities-

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing business associates linked to the
organization.
Identify, onboard, and develop recent business associates within the assigned region to drive
market expansion.




Achieve sales targets in terms of tonnage as assigned periodically by the organization
through the Regional Manager (RM).

Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Oversee account reconciliation and coordinate with the accounts team to resolve
discrepancies.

Build long-term customer relationships and enhance brand presence in the region.
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Assign tasks to Marketing Executives (ME) reporting to them and monitor their
performance.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the RM / General Manager (GM) from time to time
