Resident Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Qualitek Labs Limited is hiring a skilled Resident Engineer for an automotive customer-facing quality role.

Key Responsibilities

- Part Development Support
- PFMEA & Control Plan Management
- Supplier Audits
- Jig & Fixture Validation
- Poka-Yoke Development
- RFT Improvement Activities
- Daily Quality Inspection Reporting
- NCR & PDI Action Plan ManagementExperience in Sheet metal work and Heavy fabrication
- Knowledge with special processes like welding, machining, painting, Interior parts-FRP / Al extrusion
- Experience in Sheet metal work and Heavy fabrication
- Well versed with GD&T; requirements.
- Robust quality fundamentals & tools
- Cast Iron and foundry work experience is mandatory

Main Responsibilities:

- Achieve FAI Go On time
- Achieve RFT > 98%
- Prepare and monitor Supplier Development Report weekly/monthly.
- Ensure performance of inspection for supplier parts
- Ensure control plan sustainability (regular follow-up on main suppliers)

URGENT HIRING: Testing Engineer

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Compensation: 28000-30000 CTC/month

Experience: 1-3 Years

Project Duration: 12 Months

Testing Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections on 2D drawings, 3D models, and layouts using tools like DVP, Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer.

Metals & plastic component measurement

Testing & Validation activities

Quality reporting and documentation

Automotive Manufacturing Exposure

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding product specifications.
