- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Project Planning & Scheduling of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
- Candidate should develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project & Office.
- Prepare & Monitor project progress reports and update schedules periodically.
- Prepare and present all project reports such as MIS, RERA Documents, Progress meetings Presentations, Project cashflow, etc ..
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of day to day construction work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities & Effective communication skills.
- Coordination with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, vendors.
- Sound knowledge of IS codes & construction standards.
