- Proven senior technology leadership experience (Field CTO, CTO, Chief Architect, or equivalent) with direct executive engagement in enterprise SaaS environments.

- Deep expertise in enterprise-grade cloud capabilities -scale, performance, security, compliance, governance, and risk management.

- Preferred industry experience in banking financial services (BFSI), technology/IT services, and/or telecommunications, with experience addressing industry-specific regulations, controls, and compliance requirements at both strategic and technical levels.
