Job Summary :
ACL Education is hiring a smart, confident, and student-friendly Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective learners, guide them about our courses, and manage the admission process for the Spoken English & Personality Development department.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries and understand
prospective learners' requirements, goals and challenges.

2. Counsel prospects and recommend the most suitable




course/program based on their needs and level.

3. Clearly explain course structure, benefits, schedules, fees and other
relevant information to prospective learners.

4. Conduct systematic follow-ups with leads, address
queries/objections and work towards converting suitable prospects
into admissions.

5. Manage the admission process and maintain accurate lead, followup and admission records.

6. Coordinate with faculty and the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.

7. Maintain skilled communication, take ownership of assigned
leads and contribute to team targets and overall enrolment growth

Be comfortable with a six-day working week.

(Morning : 7am -4pm) / (Evening : 12:30pm - 8:30pm)

Salary: 12,000 - 18,000( monthly)
