Greetings from Mastek We have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently hiring for Sr. Salesforce Engineer role. Seeking a candidate with solid experience in Health Cloud. Note : We are currently looking for immediate joiners who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration
• Implement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge)
• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platform
• Translate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planning
• Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation
• Provide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution
• Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readiness
• Mentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod Required Qualifications




• 6-9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, and HIPAA-aware data handling
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft) in a multi-system healthcare setting
• Prior experience delivering in an offshore capacity model supporting a U.
S.-based healthcare or public-sector client
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Preferred Qualifications
• Health Cloud Accredited Professional and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or other government health plan/payer systems
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7)
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
