Job Overview The Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager-Privacy Technology Solution will be responsible for managing end-to-end Privacy Management Tool in the organization (OneTrust platform) and any associated privacy tools used within the data protection team including its operational management, technical configuration, integration and optimization, with a focus on its core modules, including but not limited to : Consent Management, Cookies, Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs), Data Subject Rights Management(DSRs), Data Mapping, Privacy Risk Register, Dashboards and Reports.

Key Responsibilities
Application & Project Delivery
• Manage and optimise OneTrust modules, including Consent Management, Assessments, DSRs, and Data Mapping.
• Configure and integrate consent tools (cookie banners, CMPs, SDKs, tag managers) across websites and applications.
• Deploy and automate DPIA/PIA templates, risk scoring workflows, and automated-driven assessments.
• Oversee and automate DSR processes, including identity verification, SLA tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop methodology for maintaining and monitoring Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs), data flows, and asset inventories.
• Support integration with technology platforms in coordination with software development and infrastructure team.
• Develop a comprehensive privacy risk register within privacy tool, in accordance with the established enterprise risk management framework and continual improvement of privacy risk library.
• Collaborate with Data Protection team to ensure platform workflows align with privacy regulations.
• Design automation rules, privacy notices, and dynamic consent experiences for preference centres. Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement
• Manage vendor partnership, including SLA adherence, performance reviews, and contract compliance.
• Manage stakeholder requirements,



translate them into technical specifications, and liaise with internal IT and external vendors and teams for implementation and testing.
• Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to platform users across business units.
• Monitor platform performance, regulatory changes, and OneTrust updates to ensure continuous alignment with compliance objectives.
• Cultivate strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Governance & Budget Oversight
• Implement and uphold privacy tool’s governance frameworks and privacy standards.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage privacy tool’s budget, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial discipline.
• Identify operational bottlenecks or risks and develop practical, effective solutions. Sustainability
• Promote judicious use of natural resources.
• Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
• Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
• Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
• Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. For more detailed explanation, follow the ABMS manual. Education
• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in information technology/ Computer Science, or global equivalent degree. Experience
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in Information Technology including Data Privacy.
• 2–3 years of hands-on implementation experience managing OneTrust modules.
• Proficiency in programming, Microsoft technologies, with knowledge of web/internet technologies, JavaScript, HTML, tag managers, JSON, and online applications.
• Solid proficiency in collaboration, teamwork, and project management, along with a high level of digital fluency and adaptability.
