Job Description
Role Overview The CA Fresher
- Strategy will work closely with the Strategy leadership team to support business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Strategy team in business planning, strategic analysis, and financial modeling
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility studies
• Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and business projections
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Support leadership with strategy decks, insights, and data-driven recommendations




• Handle ad-hoc strategic initiatives as assigned by the management Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified CA
- First Attempt ONLY (Mandatory)
• CA Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High ownership, attention to detail, and learning mindset
