About the Role
Presidency University is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for campus recruitment processes, competitive examinations, and career readiness assessments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid academic foundation in Science or Engineering and have the ability to train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver effective training programs on:
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Data Interpretation
• Analytical Thinking
• Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
• Conduct classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Develop study materials, aptitude question banks, mock tests, and assessment modules.
• Monitor student performance and provide personalized guidance for improvement.
• Analyze recruitment test patterns of leading companies and align training accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Placement and Career Services team to enhance students' employability skills.
• Conduct mock aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions.
• Generate training effectiveness reports and track placement-readiness metrics.
• Stay updated with current industry hiring trends and assessment methodologies. Qualifications Essential:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or other Science-related disciplines.
• Strong academic background with excellent aptitude and analytical skills. Preferred:




• Certification or specialization in Aptitude Training, Competitive Exam Coaching, or Learning & Development.
• Experience in training students for campus placements, banking, government, or competitive examinations. Experience
• 2-5 years of experience in aptitude training, placement preparation, or academic coaching.
• Prior experience working with higher education institutions, universities, engineering colleges, or training organizations will be an added advantage. Required Skills
• Excellent knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse academic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools.
• Strong analytical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven approach to measuring student progress and learning outcomes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Improvement in students' aptitude assessment scores.
• Student participation and engagement levels.
• Placement readiness and campus recruitment success rate.
• Quality and effectiveness of training content.
• Student and stakeholder feedback scores.
