Gurgaon WFH: NO Exp: 15+ Professional Certification: PMI Certification / Prince2 Certification. Additional certification/NON Mandatory: ITIL, Infra related, Network, JAVA or Architect

Key Responsibilities
& Skills
• Strong Program management, Stakeholder management, Communication management.
• Must have executed 2 FPP projects for Application development and infra management in Indian Govt or PSU and also directly managed O&M.;
• Understanding of Open source products and ecosystem
• 1 to 2 programs related to Infra Set up/ Support/NOC/SOC within india
• Very good in relationship Management with Bureaucrats , Govt Officials, OEM’s, Partners
• Full understanding of SDLC, Agile, scrum etc…
• GO getter and hard task master to deliver as per customer/RFP timelines and strike balance
• Must have worked in matrix organization and Go getter kind of attitude
• In-depth understanding of P&L;, Revenue, Margin, Direct/Direct costs for FPP, T&M;, Managed Service/capacity types of programs
• Valuable in doing and also ensuring program documentation is kept upto date for clarity of execution and upkeeping chronology of events/issues.
• Planning:



Create frameworks to achieve goals set by the executive team and client
• Coordination: Oversee multiple initiatives and ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Communication: Manage project-related communication with stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and leadership
• Must have worked and prior experience in supporting growth for organization by owning delivery assurances for new business
• Leadership: Direct and motivate teams to develop solutions and resolve challenges
• Budgeting: Support project teams on financial planning for program initiatives
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks across projects under the program
• Resource Management: Oversee resource utilization and allocation Other Skills Required:

Understanding of Govt/PSU ecosystem. Worked and supported Pre-bid for upcoming business growth from delivery perspective
