Noida (Work From Office) Shift: US Shift / Night Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a QuickBooks Online (QBO) Technical Support Specialist with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills to support customers through a voice-based support setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, and customer interaction while providing technical and functional assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide voice-based support to QuickBooks Online customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, General Ledger, and Financial Reports.
• Assist customers with QuickBooks Online setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Conduct customer-facing calls and guide users through issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets. Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, QuickBooks Online Support,



or Customer Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Sound knowledge of AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, General Ledger, and Financial Statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling customer calls in a voice support environment. Preferred Qualifications
• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification (Preferred).
• Experience supporting US-based clients/customers.
• Prior experience in a Technical Support Center, Contact Center, or Voice Process environment.
• Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
