We are looking for a reliable Deputy Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. He/She will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to food safetyguidelines and hygiene protocols through regular auditing and monitoring.
• Food safety and Hygiene audits of all business line in region.
• Carrying out supplier audits on defined frequency.
• Drive continuous improvement in food safety processes and controls.
• Provide guidance and supervision to support quality and food safety programs.
• Produce reports regarding non-conformance of products, processes.
• Analysis of customer complaints with detail root cause analysis and corrective action.




• Establish product specifications and standards for Quality and food safety across BU.
• Upgrade system and standards of the business as per ISO and FSSAI requirements.
• Monitoring of Pest control and Water quality and effective coordination to be carried out with the service providers to ensure flawless services.
• Updating of the documents as per ISO 22000:2018 requirements to ensure audit compliance.
• Work with technology teams to seek automation opportunities and leverage technologies for QA function.
• Identify & implement new initiatives to improve Quality & Food safety systems in the company.

Requirements:
• Any graduate/B.
Tech/M.
Sc in Food science /Microbiology/life sciences.
• Minimum 4 yrs experience in QSR/Food/beverage/ industry with strong QA background.
• Demonstrateexpertise in quality assurance with in the food industry with a focus on ensuring product quality and safety.
• Proven track record in managing audits , ensuring compliance and leading to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Highly knowledgeable in food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, FSMS, FSSAI, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in quality assurance principles, auditing procedures, and documentation practices.
• Skilled in problem-solving and communication to effectively address quality issues.
