Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage daily production data, including melting, molding, quality control, and dispatch metrics.
• Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality reports for presentation to management using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• System Operation: Operate and monitor relevant computer systems and software (e.g., ERP, production monitoring systems, or potentially TCS/ERP if applicable) used in foundry operations.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and file management for all production activities, quality records, and operational procedures.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth data flow and support efficient workflow.
• Inventory Support: Assist with data entry related to raw materials, consumables, and finished goods inventory management.
• Troubleshooting: Provide basic first-level troubleshooting for computer hardware/software issues in the office and production areas. Qualifications And Experience

Experience:
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong preference for experience in a foundry or steel/metal industry.
• Computer
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
• Familiarity with any specific foundry/ERP software will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and network fundamentals.

Skills:
