Overview Lead the Enterprise Applications Automation CoE and define how ACCELQ is governed, designed and scaled across AMP, DMS, ACE and shared portfolio testing. How you'll make an impact
• Own ACCELQ framework architecture, governance and technical standards.
• Design reusable components, data strategies and cross-application automation patterns.
• Lead automation backlog intake and value/risk-based prioritization with platform QE leads.
• Review automated assets for reliability, maintainability and appropriate assertions.
• Integrate suites with CI/CD, environment management and release evidence processes.
• Coach the automation engineer and platform QA resources.
• Troubleshoot flaky tests and drive root-cause resolution rather than repeated reruns. About you Required experience and skills
• 7+ years in test automation or quality engineering, including lead responsibility.




• Deep hands-on ACCELQ experience building and governing enterprise automation.
• Experience designing reusable, maintainable automation across multiple applications.
• API, web UI, data-driven and integration automation experience.
• CI/CD integration experience, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of automation selection, testability, stability and maintenance economics. Preferred qualifications
• ACCELQ certification or documented enterprise implementation leadership.
• Dynamics 365, Power Platform or SharePoint automation experience.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman or comparable tools.
