Role: The Head of IT will lead the organization's technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will be instrumental in building a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem that supports manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and business operations. Responsibilities
• Drive enterprise-wide IT and Digital Transformation strategy
• Lead Cybersecurity, Information Security, and IT Governance initiatives
• Manage ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications
• Enable Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Automation programs
• Oversee IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Servers, and Data Centers
• Develop Data Analytics, BI Dashboards, and Reporting Frameworks
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering,



Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplin MBA/EMBA preferred Experience 15+ years of experience in Information Technology Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership role Technical & Process Capabilities Proven track record in ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Engineering organizations preferred CISSP | CISM | CISA | ITIL | CEH | ISO 27001 | Azure/AWS Certifications Behavioral Capabilities Team-oriented , Capable to interact / interface with customers, Cross functional team Self-driven, Able to Mentor Excellent Communication, verbal & written Passionate & Learning ability
