Job Description
We are looking for an experienced LabVantage SME with 8+ years of robust hands-on experience in LabVantage development. The ideal candidate should have strong programming experience in Core Java, SQL, JavaScript and Ruby, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, supporting solution discussions, development activities, technical decision-making and stakeholder communication. Mandatory

Skills:
• 8+ years of overall experience with strong LabVantage experience
• Strong hands-on LabVantage Development experience
• Core Java – Mandatory
• SQL – MS SQL and/or Oracle
• JavaScript
• Ruby
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in architecture / solution discussions

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a LabVantage Subject Matter Expert
• Provide technical guidance to development teams
• Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture and solution discussions
• Explain LabVantage capabilities and limitations to business stakeholders
• Support development, troubleshooting and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with business, technical and client teams
• Provide technical inputs for integrations and LabVantage modules
• Support project delivery and ensure technical solutions align with business requirements
