Responsibilities:
Process HR transactions. Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft). Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes Eligibility
- Willing to work in night and rotational shift.
