The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
• Create engaging static and animated creatives for social media (posts, stories, banners, ads).
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, ads, and promotional content.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to translate briefs into effective visual designs. Video Editing
• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Assemble raw footage, add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
• Ensure storytelling flow, visual coherence, and platform-specific optimization (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create motion graphics, basic animations,



and text overlays where required.
• Optimize videos for engagement, quality, and performance. Collaboration & Delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Portfolio Requirement Mandatory portfolio showcasing:
• Graphic design work (static & digital creatives)
• Video editing work (reels, short videos, promotional edits, motion graphics) Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Prior work experience of creating social media posts/stories/reels etc
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer
• Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English language
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for design and creativity with a robust desire to innovate and push boundaries
