Location:
Mohali Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient care services and caregiver deployment.
• Manage patient inquiries and service requests.
• Schedule and assign caregivers as per patient requirements.
• Maintain patient records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with the operations, nursing, and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with patients and caregivers regarding service quality.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to home healthcare operations. Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or operations. Required Skills
• Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills
• Healthcare background preferred.
