Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).
• Drive sales, revenue, market share and customer acquisition.
• Strengthen distribution and expand SIM & Data selling outlets.
• Manage channel partners and improve channel profitability & satisfaction.
• Analyze market and competition to develop monthly sales plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and competition feedback.
