Hiring | Deputy Manager
- FP&A; / Business Controlling | BSH Home Appliances BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. (Bosch) is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of experience to join the FP&A; / Business Controlling team in Mumbai. ? Location Andheri East, Mumbai ? Role Overview The role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis, while partnering with cross-functional teams and management to drive informed business decisions. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare Business Plans, Forecasts and Management Estimates
• Conduct P&L; simulations and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Drive monthly closing and MIS reporting, including variance analysis
• Analyze sales and profitability across products, regions, customers and channels, share insights with management
• Support fixed-cost management and overall business plan/forecast steering
• Prepare financial presentations and strategic materials for management reviews
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide financial insights and support management on strategic business decisions




• Perform financial modelling and calculate year-end transfer pricing adjustments and transfer prices
• Collaborate on controlling systems / SAP HANA / IT initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting and controlling tools ? Qualification & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Candidates with prior FP&A; / Business Controlling / Management Reporting experience will be preferred
• Skillset:
• Technical Skillset
• Ability to understand Corporate Strategy
• Well versed in Finance & Taxation Concepts / Standards /Laws (user should know minimum IFRS standards like Revenue, Fixed Assets, Employee Costs)
• Main concepts of Cost Accounts like Budgeting, Standard Costing, Types of Costs and analysing Management P/L --> MIS Reporting for Key Figures including Variance Analysis
• SAP – FICO Module especially COPA Module
• MS Office, Power BI and Tableau
• Qualified Skillset or Key Competencies
• Business Acumen and Analytics (Strategic and critical thinking)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Problem Solving & Decision-Making Skill
• Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills
