Manager
- Accounts, Audit & Taxation (SAP & Tally)

8-12 Years Department: Finance & Accounts Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accounts, Audit & Taxation professional with 8-12 years of experience to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP and Tally ERP, along with sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Reporting
• Manage end-to-end accounting activities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. SAP & Tally Operations
• Handle accounting transactions and reporting through SAP and Tally ERP.
• Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, vendor payments, customer receipts, and reconciliations.
• Support ERP process improvements and data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for system-related accounting requirements. Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and responses to auditor queries.
• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions. Taxation & Compliance
• Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Handle TDS compliance, return filing, and quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate direct tax matters including advance tax, income tax assessments, and notices.




• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required. Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and guide accounting team members.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.
Com).
• CA Qualified. Experience & Skills
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Audit, and Taxation.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Tally ERP.
• Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience in handling audits independently.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Exposure
• Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries.
• Experience in handling multi-location accounting and compliance activities will be preferred. Key Competencies
