About The Role
We are looking for a motivated MES/MIS Solution Delivery Specialist with a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering to join our Services team. The role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing MES/MIS solutions for process and chemical industries. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, strong analytical abilities, and an interest in industrial digitalization and technology.

Key Responsibilities
MES/MIS Implementation
• Support end-to-end implementation of MES/MIS solutions.
• Configure and develop solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver project requirements.
• Support customer interactions and solution delivery. Process Analysis & Improvement
• Understand and analyze chemical manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze process data and support optimization initiatives. System Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide implementation and post-deployment support for MES/MIS applications.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.




• Help ensure system reliability and performance. Data, Dashboards & Reporting
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics based on manufacturing data.
• Analyze operational data to generate meaningful insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Training & Documentation
• Assist in conducting user training and demonstrations.
• Prepare and maintain project and system documentation.
• Provide ongoing support to users. Project Coordination
• Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Track project progress and support milestone reporting. What We’re Looking For

Tech in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in MES, MIS, industrial digitalization, and process industries.
• Good understanding of chemical/manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
