Job Title: Assistant Manager – Chit Fund Company (need chit fund Sales Experience)

Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
Supervise staff and monitor their daily activities.
Support business development and achieve monthly targets.
Handle customer enquiries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Monitor chit collections, overdue payments, and follow-ups.
Verify customer documents and ensure proper record maintenance.
Prepare daily reports and update management on branch performance.
Support staff recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Experience in the chit fund or financial services industry is preferred.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of chit operations, collections, and customer service.
Ability to support business targets and manage daily operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
