Familier with Control Plan, PFMEA, Kaizen, OPL, Shoukd have good knowldege of 7 QC tools, SPC
Should have knowledge of CAPA Preparation, Should have good knowledge in raw material Specification, Interprtation of failure mode by COA.
Should have good knowledge in test house and should know, how to interpret test data.
Should have knowledge of batter industry
