Responsible for trademark coordination among international and Indian trademark firms.
Drafting the C&D; notices inhouse after the legal due diligence of all infringement cases in India and

abroad.
Responsible for upkeep for the Trademark MIS and tracking certificates of applied cases.
The resource will be coordinating with external agencies for filing and tracking oppositions to identical/

similar trademarks to that of EAPL.
Additional responsibility to supervise the design and patents filing for EAPL and subsidiaries.
The resource shall be responsible for international trademark infringement cases and ensure timely

compliance in case of ongoing trademark litigation.

4+ years working experience in Legal

Education:
LLB
