Role Description: The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Microgravity’s immersive gaming experiences. In this role, the individual collaborates with the marketing team to plan campaigns, manage social media and digital channels, and coordinate promotional events and partnerships. Daily tasks include tracking campaign performance, preparing reports and presentations, supporting brand communication efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials.

The role also involves close coordination with operations, sales,



and creative teams to align marketing activities with business goals and customer experience.

Qualifications
Robust skills in marketing planning, campaign coordination, and brand communication.
Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics or reporting.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting marketing copy and presentations.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or consumer-facing industries.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Cooperative mindset, comfort working in office with cross-functional teams, and an interest in immersive gaming and emerging technologies.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
