Responsible for P&L; as per budget.
Responsible for Customer Relationship Building.
Experience in project execution and QA/QC activity including QAP preparations, IS, PWD & CPWD standard documentation.
Oversee in office construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications and billing.
Ensure quality control, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
Conduct regular site meetings and inspections
Daily reporting to SBU Lead
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation & dossier.
