We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Domestic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation and discuss employment terms with selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines for multiple open positions.



Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in domestic recruitment.
• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, indeed, Found it, and LinkedIn.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Key Skills
