Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order placement.
Support current supplier identification and qualification activities.

Supplier Management
Maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Participate in supplier audits and performance reviews.
Resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and delivery delays.

Cost Management
Drive annual cost reduction initiatives and productivity projects.

Support value engineering and localization initiatives.

Inventory & Planning Support
Coordinate with production planning,

Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
Support compliance with automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
