Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate rooftop solar installation and commissioning projects.
Conduct site surveys and assess rooftop areas, obstructions, and installation requirements.
Prepare and review solar panel layouts, equipment placement, cable routing, and execution plans.
Supervise installation of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing systems, and electrical panels.
Coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing project sites.
Allocate work to site engineers, technicians, and installation teams.
Train and guide junior engineers in solar installation, electrical safety, and project execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.




Plan material requirements and follow up on procurement, deliveries, and site shortages.
Monitor manpower, project schedules, work quality, and completion timelines.
Identify technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective action.
Prepare daily progress reports, site photographs, material records, and project documentation.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, net-metering activities, and project handover.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable technical standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
