We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, maintain customer records, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely follow-up with customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other channels.
Record and update customer details and enquiries in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for further action.
Track pending enquiries and ensure timely responses to customers.
Coordinate with dealers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Maintain customer databases and prepare enquiry and follow-up reports.
Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for their resolution.
Follow up with customers to check satisfaction and maintain valuable customer relationships.




Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports for management.

Required Skills
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Qualified telephone and email etiquette.
Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.
