The Fisherman's Wharf Restaurant, Calangute, is urgently hiring an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Chinese cuisine. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional who can independently manage the Chinese kitchen section while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards.
Independently manage the Chinese kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of orders.
Monitor inventory, control food wastage, and maintain stock levels.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.




Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a CDP or DCDP in a restaurant or hotel is required.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and ingredients.
Ability to independently handle the Chinese section during busy service hours.
Good leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
