We are looking for a confident and responsible Customer Support & Telecalling Executive to join the Vedic Garbh Sanskar team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, communicating with interested customers over phone and WhatsApp, explaining our products and services clearly, and following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Respond to customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp
Explain Vedic Garbh Sanskar products and services clearly
Follow up with interested customers and leads
Maintain basic customer and follow-up records
Provide polite and skilled customer support
Coordinate with the internal team when required

Requirements:
Good communication skills
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
Basic English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
