: Banking Telecalling Executive – Payment Follow-up

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to bank customers for payment reminders and follow-ups.
Inform customers about pending EMIs, credit card dues, or other outstanding payments.
Politely remind customers of payment due dates and overdue amounts.
Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide basic information.
Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and payment commitments.
Follow company policies and professional communication standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.




Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable convincing skills and a positive attitude.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000.
Training will be provided to freshers.
Incentives may be available based on company policy.
Full time office-based job in Andheri, Mumbai.
