Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) manages client interactions, resolves product or service issues, and builds long-term brand loyalty
Client Engagement: Greet clients, conduct follow-ups, and maintain open communication via phone, email, web chat, or in-person visits. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product or service complaints, assess situations using company guidelines, and escalate complex problems when necessary. Relationship & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client profiles and interaction history inside a CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management database). Sales & Promotion: Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities, present recent service offerings, and help generate leads or repeat business. Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback, track satisfaction metrics (KPIs/SLAs), and report insights to internal teams

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
