Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient approach, and solid problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and delivery status.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Handle order management, returns, refunds, and exchange-related queries.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or a similar industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
Robust problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and qualified under pressure.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in call centers, BPOs, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
Knowledge of order processing, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
