Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-site only)

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, organised, and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive who thrives in a creative workplace and loves both design and people. As a key link between our clients and internal teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and delivery of exceptional design work across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

Build and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and feedback. Onboard current clients and guide them through the project lifecycle.
Briefing & Internal Coordination

Understand project briefs and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams including strategy, design, and production. Ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project.
Project Management

Create project timelines, assign tasks,



and oversee execution to ensure timely delivery. Monitor quality and ensure that all creative output meets client expectations and brand standards.
Creative Strategy Support

Assist in developing creative strategies and moodboards in collaboration with the design team.
Internal Marketing & Social Media

Contribute ideas and support content creation for internal social media and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate in a relevant field
At least 1 year of client servicing experience in a creative or advertising agency (experience in branding/packaging is a bonus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of design principles and creative thinking.
Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and positivity.
Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset.
