Job Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare ingredients and dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
Support the team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
02 years of experience in a kitchen role.
Candidates with Hotel Management/Culinary qualifications preferred.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Valuable teamwork and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
