Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads from potential patients interested in medical procedures and treatments.
Connect with prospective patients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information about medical procedures, treatment options, and healthcare services.
Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into qualified business prospects.
Manage the complete lead journey, from initial enquiry to conversion.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and updates in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
