Title: CR technical support, NPD (Service) & Diagnostics tool development

Purpose of the Role:

To support field team for CR engines, and field performance of Common Rail CR engines. Common rail diagnostic tool development, troubleshooting and field care of current products.

Key Responsibilities
Should have experience & knowledge in CR engine and systems.
Support for CRDI engines troubleshooting in domestic and international market.
Attend field complaints based on requirements
SPOC for Current Part Development (Service)
Co-ordinate New product training to OEM’s,
Co-ordinate training manuals
Monitoring infant care program.
Fit to service with customer for recent engine variants.
SLA document sign-off with customer
Development of diagnostic tool and validation for CRDI engines.
Maintain historical records of Common Rail system data related to field complaints and develop a structured technical knowledge library.
Should have experience in Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
Prepare and submit management presentations and timely technical data and analysis.
Ensure compliance with annual surveillance/internal audits and close all non-conformities (NCs) within the defined timelines.
