About The Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C growth lab operating across health, wellness, and CPG verticals, we engineer performance-driven customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value systems for India’s most ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. Our team blends data science, creative experimentation, and platform-native optimization to scale paid media efficiently—turning ad spend into predictable revenue with surgical precision.

Role & Responsibilities
Own ROI-positive paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms (Snap, Pinterest, YouTube) for 3–5 D2C brands.
Lead creative testing, audience segmentation, and bidding automation to drive down CAC and lift LTV across acquisition and retention funnels.
Build and validate attribution models using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and GA4 to isolate top-performing channels and creatives.
Collaborate with creative & content teams to rapid-test ad variants, landing pages, and UGC-driven hooks that convert.
Manage budgets,



forecasts, and KPI dashboards—presenting results and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders weekly.
Optimize post-purchase flows, SMS/email retargeting, and loyalty mechanics to maximize repeat purchase rate and cohort LTV.
