Reading of sanction letter relating to working capital and Term Loan.
Reading and preparing of loan documents for recent loan, renewal or enhancement of working capital or term loan.
Handling and providing information to auditors appointed by lead bank or consortium members bank i.e., ASM Audit, Stock Audit, BG audit, etc.
Responding to queries raised by rating agencies.
Providing information to bank as and when required.
Preparation of CMA
Preparation of OFI and FFR on quarterly basis.
Preparation of stock statement on monthly basis.
Opening and closing of Bank guarantee.
Opening and closing of Fixed Deposit.
Opening of current bank account or closing of existing bank account.
Preparation of various MIS relating to working capital loan, term loan, Fixed Deposit, Bank Guarantee, etc.
