Computer Vision Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced Computer Vision Technology Lead to design, develop, and deploy computer vision solutions that convert image and video data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in OpenCV, YOLO, PyTorch, and deep learning, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, production-ready vision solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of computer vision solutions using OpenCV and YOLO.
Design and implement object detection pipelines, including preprocessing, inference, and post-processing.
Build, train, and fine-tune CNN-based models using PyTorch.
Optimize model performance for accuracy, latency, memory, and throughput.
Establish technical standards for coding, model versioning, experimentation, and code reviews.
Collaborate with product, data science,



and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor team members, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive timely delivery.
Support production integration, monitoring, and continuous model improvements.

Experience deploying computer vision models into production settings.
Solid technical leadership, mentoring, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
