Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. He will collaborate closely with cross-functional and Sales teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and develop data models to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Translate business requirements into well-structured analytical solutions.
Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and root cause analysis on key business metrics.
Design and implement data models to support reporting and self-service analytics.




Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide timely insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Optimize queries and data processes for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of skilled experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
Solid experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Hands-on experience building and managing dashboards in Power BI.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (DAX).
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
